JobSmart AI — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using JobSmart AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. Your use of the Service constitutes acceptance of and agreement to these Terms, including any future modifications.

2. Description of Service

JobSmart AI provides automated tools designed to generate and manage invoices for recurring or location-based service work. The Service may use user-provided data, including service schedules, customer information, and GPS location data, to automatically create draft invoices and optionally send them to your customers.

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Accuracy of Information

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and legality of all data you input into the Service, including but not limited to customer details, service descriptions, pricing, tax rates, and payment terms.

3.2 Invoice Verification

JobSmart AI automatically generates invoices based on the data and parameters you provide. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and approving all invoices before they are sent to your customers.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that JobSmart AI and its owners, developers, and affiliates are not responsible or liable for any inaccuracies, omissions, or errors in invoices generated by the App.

4. No Guarantee of Accuracy

While JobSmart AI strives, in good faith and with reasonable care, to ensure the accuracy of invoices generated through the Service, we do not guarantee that all invoices will be accurate, error-free, or suitable for your specific business needs.

• Automated processes may produce unintended results due to user input errors, data inconsistencies, or software bugs.
• The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• JobSmart AI, its owners, developers, affiliates, and licensors shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.
• JobSmart AI is not responsible for financial loss, billing disputes, tax miscalculations, or customer complaints arising from any invoices generated by the Service.
• In no event shall the total liability of JobSmart AI exceed the total amount paid by you (if any) for use of the Service in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Bugs, Errors, and Unexpected Behavior

Although we make continuous efforts to maintain a stable and reliable platform, JobSmart AI does not warrant that the Service will always operate without interruption, errors, or bugs.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and accept that unexpected software behavior may occur, and JobSmart AI is not responsible for any damages or consequences resulting from such occurrences.
